Astra Labs Delivery Information
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. We use Royal Mail Tracked services for UK deliveries.
Delivery Options
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked services. Customers can select either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Orders over £50 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, which is automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are normally provided by 6pm once an order has been prepared for dispatch.
Royal Mail tracking usually goes live at around 8:30pm. Please do not worry if your tracking initially says Royal Mail is “expecting it”. This is normal and usually updates once Royal Mail scans the parcel into their network.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours under normal circumstances.
During busy periods, courier disruption, public holidays or unexpected delays, dispatch and delivery times may take slightly longer.
Correct Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, neither Astra Labs nor Royal Mail can accept liability for delays, failed delivery, loss, or misdelivery caused by the incorrect address details.
Courier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier disruption, weather, strikes, incorrect delivery details, customs checks, or any other factor outside our control.
Once tracking has been issued and the parcel is within the Royal Mail network, delivery updates will be shown through Royal Mail tracking.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered are legal to purchase, import, possess and use in their own jurisdiction.
All Astra Labs products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption.
